Rajiv Gandhi National Cyber Law Centre, Bhopal was established in 2006 by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India at New Delhi.

Courses

The Rajiv Gandhi National Cyber Law Center offers post-graduate courses in the field of Cyber Law, viz. a viz. Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Law and Master of Science in Cyber Law and Information Security.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum educational qualification required is – completed Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized College/University/Institute. Minimum aggregate marks required may vary from one institute to another. Generally, it is around 45-55% aggregate marks.

Cyber Law and Information Security

In simple terms, cyber law is an area of law that deals with legal issues related to the use of internet, cyberspace and electronic communication. It is also known as IT law or Information Technology law.
